1. Composite film: the thinnest 0.075, the surface is acrylic, and the bottom is PC. It is widely used in IML injection molding or various protective stickers. It can be formed by hot pressing or high pressure. When it is directly used for PC injection molding, it does not need to use any adhesive, and now it is widely used in instrument panels and automotive interior parts of various automobiles.
2. Composite board: There are two-layer or three-layer composite board. The green board can be used to replace injection molding and can be directly formed. The surface can be hardened up to 6H, used for various electronic, mobile phone touch screens or display windows, the front and back of the three-layer composite board can be made of high hardness, the surface can also be AF (anti-fingerprint), AG (anti-glare), anti-glare Special function processing such as fog. The special three-layer composite board is now used in large quantities by Huawei, Gionee, Asus, Gree and other mobile phone leather cases.
3. Anti-glare treatment: Anti-glare treatment can be done on acrylic, PC or composite boards, and can be applied to car window panels. Products with different hazes can be customized according to specific needs.
4. Anti-fingerprint treatment: hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment can be done on acrylic, PC or composite board, the water drop angle can reach more than 105 degrees, and it can be maintained for a long time, which can be easily cleaned
